This toilet just sucks in general. I’ve had it for about 2.5 years. This box smells no matter what video you watch our forum you read and try to fix. Lid breaks easily. The membrane always falls in the jug which requires you to either fish it out or dump it with everything and buy a new one. Regret spending $400+ on a plastic bucket.

This composting toilet is perfect for my overnight camping in ID Buzz. The small footprint fits inside the van for #1 in the middle of the night. It doesn’t smell and the urine container holds about four uses. Easy to dispose in toilet after camping.

These Trelino bags are high quality! They are very thick and durable. They fit well in the Trelino with plenty of space, to tie off the top completely! I would never think of using a different bag - EVER!!

The best portable / composting toilet for RV & van life .
It works. I lost the one that came with the toilet. I think it got into the solid waste area and was bagged with some poop, Cost to replace was reasonable so I bought two. Now I have a spare hole plug.
For our simple cargo van camper build, we bought a Trelino composting toilet which has worked out very nicely.
