Shipping within the US
Continental USA:
- Domestic ground shipping is free for all orders above $250.
- All accessories below 0.05 lbs. ship for $5 (spare membranes & plugs)
- All other accessories orders cost a $10 flat fee for shipping (spare urine canisters & spare bags)
Alaska or Hawaii: Shipping is priced at $30 (mainly air freight) for all orders above $250 and $20 for all orders below.
Canada
At the moment, direct orders to Canada are not possible through our online shop. However, we are actively working on a solution.
In the meantime, if you are interested in placing an order, please send us an email inquiry. Our customer service team will provide you with shipping costs, import regulations, and a personalized offer.
