If you are a full-timer using your Trelino® on a regular basis, the membrane should be replaced every 3 months in order to maintain the fit and sealing properties. For weekend warriors or part time users, this piece should be replaced every 6 months.

We love our Trelino, however the membrane closure on the urine container doesn’t stay closed for more than a couple of weeks. We’re on our second one.
Please advise if I've received 2 defective valves.

To assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you include photos of the defective membranes in your email. If the item is indeed damaged, we will of course send you a replacement right away.
Please note that the membranes are always slightly open by design to prevent the membrane lips from sticking together. Additionally, this slight opening allows air to escape from the canister, preventing internal blockage when liquid passes through. Without this feature, there would be a risk of overflow.
